G. Convoy Emergency Mustering Points

After the decision to evacuate has been made and announced vehicles will congregate in Groups in the following locations :

Situation A : Convoy will proceed east towards Phnom Penh.

Group I : IRC, CRS, CAMA, LWS, COERR, RCG, IDRC

Convoy will begin at the NEW IRC office on the east side of the river and vehicles will face towards the big bridge.

Group II : WVI, ACE, VSO, IWDA, CWS ,IFRC

Convoy will begin at the WVI office on the east side of the river and vehicles will face towards the big bridge.

Group III : MAG, HI, ANS, JSRC, AFS, MSF

Convoy will begin at the MAG office and face towards the roundabout at the remains of the monument.

Group IV : CMAC, CFDS, OXFAM, OSB

Convoy will begin at the new market near the airport and face toward Phnom Penh. It will be a large group and NGO's should hook up with it near the Donut Restaurant.

Group V : ICMC, CARITAS, PHARE

Convoy will begin at the dirt road emanating from the roundabout and vehicles will face towards the monument. This group will make a right turn and then head east towards Phnom Penh.

Situation B : Convoy will head north-west towards Aranyaprathet, Thailand.

Group I : Convoy will begin at the Angkor Hotel and vehicles will face the river.

Group II : Convoy will begin on street 3 just south of the market, opposite the fruit sellers, and head towards Rte. 5.

Group III : Convoy will begin at the Teo Hotel and face towards Rte. 5.

Group IV : Convoy will begin past the Roundabout beyond Street 3 on Rte. 5. on the west side of the river. NGOs should connect with it at the roundabout.

Group V : Convoy will begin at the lCMC Admin. office on the west side of the river and will face towards Rte. 5.

Group VI : UNDP / CARERE, UNHCR, ILO / INFRA, ILO / VOC, UNICEF, WFP, UNESCO, UNCHR

 Situation A : Convoy will proceed east towards Phnom Penh.

 Convoy will begin in front of the CARERE office and face towards the roundabout. This group will start moving east towards Phnom Penh.

 Situation B : Convoy will head north-west towards Aranyaprathet.

 Convoy will begin at the roundabout north of the Vietnamese Consulate and will face the river.
